Electricity Minister receives Egyptian ambassador

Manama, Mar. 28 (BNA): Electricity and Water Affairs Minister Dr. Abdulhussain Mirza received Egyptian Ambassador to Bahrain Suha Ibrahim Al-Far and praised bilateral relations. The minister reviewed ways to enhance cooperation in projects implemented in the electricity, water and renewable energy sectors, especially those in the field of sustainable energy in Bahrain and the possibility of increasing the mutual benefit of expertise and experience between the two countries. Dr. Mirza said Bahrain always sought to benefit from the experiences of brotherly and friendly countries to achieve all national goals in providing clean and sustainable energy. The ambassador expressed sincere thanks and appreciation to the minister for the warm welcome and hospitality, stressing keenness to develop cooperation between Bahrain and Egypt especially in the electricity and water field.
