Electricity Minister receives Indian ambassador

Manama, Jan. 20 (BNA): Electricity and Water Affairs Minister Wael bin Nasser Al Mubarak received Indian Ambassador Piyush Srivastava. The minister praised the strong bilateral ties and their development in various fields. The meeting discussed ways to enhance cooperation in the fields of exchange of expertise and experiences, transfer of knowledge in the field of electricity and water, capacity building. The most important projects carried out by the Electricity and Water Authority (EWA) were discussed in line with the Kingdom's economic vision and its national strategy 2030, in a way that meets the requirements of urban and population growth.
