Electricity Minister receives Russian ambassador

Manama, Jan 30 (BNA): Electricity and Water Affairs Minister Wael bin Nasser Al-Mubarak received Russian Ambassador to Bahrain Igor Kremnev. Minister Al- Mubarak hailed the strong bilateral relations, which are strengthened by cooperation in various development fields. They reviewed ways to promote cooperation, exchanging and expertise in the field of electricity and water. The minister highlighted the most important projects at Electricity and Water Authority (EWA) in line with the Kingdom's economic vision and its national strategy 2030, to achieve urban and population growth. The ambassador affirmed his country's keenness to enhance cooperation with Bahrain in the electricity and water sectors.
