EOIC President: King's award to spread fraternity, peace

Manama, Nov. 4 (BNA): President of the European Organization of the Islamic Centres (EOIC), Muhajiri Zayan, has described the Bahrain Dialogue Forum "East and West for Human Coexistence" as a distinguished and powerful world event. He affirmed that the forum provides the best venue to convey a strong message of peace, especially thanks to the participation of the leaders of two divine religions, in the presence of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the patron of peace and tolerance. Zayan added that the message that must be conveyed to the world at the conclusion of the forum is the necessity of stopping wars and conflicts in the world and stopping the destruction, stressing that the time has come to reunite humanity and achieve what makes the world able to live in prosperity, fraternity and prosperity. He highlighted the importance of human fraternity and building on the shared humanitarian values that bring people together, adding that the announcement of the King Hamad Global Award for Dialogue and Peaceful Coexistence aims to encourage practical initiatives that show successful experiences in how to recognise others and spread love among them, regardless of their differences, be it culturally or religiously.
