ERC provides food aid to employees of National Malaria Control Programme in Yemen

AL MUKALLA, 27th February, 2017 (WAM) -- Emirates Red Crescent (ERC) has distributed food to workers and staff of the National Malaria Control Programme in Al Mukalla, Yemen, to assist them amidst deteriorating economic conditions there. Shawki al-Tamimi, ERC supervisor in Hadramaut, said the ERC would continue the distribution of the food, as part of its intensive plan to relieve the suffering of the needy. Dr. Yasser Abdullah Bahshim, the programme manager, hailed the role of the ERC for providing assistance to the staff and workers.
