Fencers to compete in World Championship

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Mongolian Federation of Fencing (MFF) has selected fencers to compete in the 2013 World Fencing Championships to be held August 5-12 in Budapest, Hungary. The national team has comprised eight male and female fencers coached by D.Ganbaatar and D.Bayanbaigal. It is expected that the World championship will attract over 1,100 fencers from some 140 countries. Mongolia competed in the World championship for the first time in 2009, represented by one fencer. After the World championship, the national team will take part in the Fencing Youth Asian Championship in Kuwait and in the Tianjin 2013 East Asian Games.
