Finance and National Economy Minister receives US Counselor of Department of State

Manama, Dec. 1(BNA): Finance and National Economy Minister Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa today received the Counselor of the United States Department of State Chollet Derek, currently on visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain. The minister welcomed the US official and reviewed with him strategic partnership between the two countries, particularly financial and economic ties. During the meeting, the two sides discussed prospects of further bolstering joint work to achieve aspirations and common interests. Global economic developments were also discussed.
