Finance Minister holds virtual meeting with APICORP Chief Executive

Manama, Sept. 13 (BNA): Minister of Finance and National Economy Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa stressed Bahrain’s resolve to continue implementing strategies aimed at boosting economic development and achieving set up goals. The minister was speaking during a virtual meeting today with Chief Executive of the Arab Petroleum Investments Corporation (APICORP) Dr. Ahmed Ali Attiga. They discussed the main plans and development projects Bahrain is seeking to carry out through investment in the energy field, being one of the vital sectors to achieve sustainable growth. The APICORP Chief Executive expressed thanks and respect to the Minister of Finance and National Economy for his keenness on promoting investment in the energy field, lauding the investment opportunities Bahrain possesses in this regard.
