Finance Minister meets with Egypt's Minister of International Cooperation

Washington, Oct. 15 (BNA): Minister of Finance and National Economy, Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, met, in the presence of Minister of Sustainable Development Noor bint Ali Al Khulaif, with Egyptian Minister of International Cooperation Dr Rania Al Mashat. The meeting was held on the sidelines of his participation in the annual meetings of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank in Washington, the USA. Both sides reviewed the distinguished fraternal ties binding the two countries and ways of boosting financial and economic cooperation. The Minister of Finance and National Economy noted the significance of exchanging experiences and the best practices to enhance Bahrain’s financial standing at the local, regional and international level. Both sides also discussed means of bolstering bilateral cooperation as well as the latest global economic development.
