First Deputy Speaker meets US Chargé d'Affaires

Manama, Nov. 1 (BNA): First Deputy Speaker Abdulnabi Salman met the US embassy Chargé d'Affaires Margaret Nardi. The meeting discussed a number of common issues. The first deputy speaker praised the Bahrain-US historical relations and the importance of developing strategic relations in various fields to enhance parliamentary cooperation under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. Nardi expressed her appreciation for Representatives’ Council’s role in promoting parliamentary work and the success of the comprehensive development process process of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
