Foreign Minister meets Jordanian counterpart

Washington, March23 (BNA): The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Ayman Safadi on the sidelines of the meeting of the International Coalition against the terrorist organization "Da'ash" in Washington, where they viewed the agenda of the Arab Summit to be held under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan during the month of March in Amman. Shaikh Khalid expressed his sincere wishes for the success of the upcoming Arab Summit, affirming the strong relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in light of the support of the two countries' leadership and the strong foundations and vision to develop the joint Arabic course of action and achieve security and stability in the region, praising the progress of these relations in all fields and their benefits on the two countries and peoples. Mr. Safadi expressed the pride of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in the distinguished relations with the Kingdom of Bahrain, stressing his country's keenness to strengthen ties and strengthen cooperation with Bahrain, wishing the Kingdom further progress and prosperity.
