Foreign Minister meets with UNRWA Commissioner-General

Munich, Feb. 18 (BNA): Foreign Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa hailed the efforts of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) and its support to the Palestinian people, wishing success to the UNRWA’s programmes aimed at improving the Palestinian refugees' life. This is came during a meeting with UNRWA Commissioner-General Pierre Kr?henbühl, on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference in the Federal Republic of Germany Mr. Pierre Kr?henbühl expressed appreciation of Bahrain's support to UNRWA’s activities, voicing keenness on strengthening cooperation between Bahrain and UNRWA for the best interest of the Palestinian refugees.
