Foreign Minister receives credentials copy of Turkish ambassador

Manama, Apr. 21 (BNA): Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, received today Esin Çakıl who presented him with a copy of her credentials as Ambassador-Designate of the Republic of Turkey to the Kingdom of Bahrain. The meeting was attended by Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs, Abdullah bin Faisal bin Jabur Al-Doseri, Foreign Ministry Undersecretary for Political Affairs, Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, and Foreign Ministry Affairs Director-General, Talal Abdulsalam Al-Ansari. The Foreign Minister welcomed the Turkish Ambassador-Designate, hailing friendly relations between Bahrain and Turkey. He also expressed his pride in these relations and their development in all areas, wishing the Turkish ambassador every success. For her part, the Turkish ambassador expressed pride in representing her country in Bahrain, noting Turkey’s keenness on bolstering relations of friendship with the Kingdom of Bahrain to serve common interests. She wished the kingdom further growth and prosperity.
