Foreign Minister receives Finance Minister

Manama, Mar. 27 (BNA): The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, received in his office at the Ministry’s General Court today, the Minister of Finance and National Economy, Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa. The Minister of Foreign Affairs expressed his appreciation of the efforts exerted by the Minister of Finance and National Economy to support the comprehensive development process in the Kingdom. He valued his policies and initiatives which aim at diversifying sources of income and strengthening the Kingdom’s capacity to deal with various economic and financial challenges. The Minister affirmed the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to these initiatives in order to preserve the advanced status of the Kingdom at the regional and international levels. For his part, the Minister of Finance and National Economy valued the support of the Minister of Foreign Affairs to all efforts aimed at serving the national economy. He also praised the role of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in strengthening economic relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and various countries of the world.
