Foreign Minister receives GCC Secretary-General

Manama, Aug. 8 (BNA): Foreign Affairs Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, received the Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Dr. Abdul Latif bin Rashid Al Zayani. The Minister expressed his pride and appreciation for Al Zayani’s keenness to continue coordination. He also commended the efforts exerted by the Secretariat General of the GCC to support the GCC progress at all levels and to enhance its role, as well as to establish security and stability and the regional and international levels, wishing him success. Dr. Al Zayani stressed the minister’s keenness to continue cooperating to enhance joint action, wishing Bahrain further progress and prosperity.
