Foreign Minister receives GCC Secretary-General

Manama, Nov. 18 (BNA): Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, today received the Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Dr. Nayef Falah Al-Hajraf, and his accompanying delegation. The meeting discussed the process of joint GG action, and the efforts being made to enhance joint cooperation among member states in various fields, in order to achieve the desired goals. It also discussed the efforts undertaken by the Secretariat General to prepare for the meeting of the GCC Ministerial Council in its next session. The meeting was attended by the Undersecretary for Political Affairs, Dr. Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed Al Khalifa.
