Foreign Minister receives Italian Ambassador-Designate’s credentials copy

Manama, Jan. 19 (BNA): Minister of Foreign Affairs, Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, received in his office at the Ministry’s General Court today, Mrs. Paola Amadei, who presented a copy of her credentials as Ambassador-Designate of the Italian Republic to the Kingdom of Bahrain. The Minister lauded the growing relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Italian Republic, hailing their development in various fields. He also affirmed the Kingdom’s keenness to further enhance bilateral cooperation in the interest of both countries and people. The Ambassador-Designate expressed her aspirations to consolidate the friendly relations between the two countries, wishing the Kingdom further progress and prosperity.
