Foreign Minister receives King Hamad Global Centre for Peaceful Coexistence chief

Manama, Mar. 8 (BNA): Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, received here today, the Chairman of Board of Trustees of the King Hamad Global Centre for Peaceful Coexistence, Dr. Shaikh Khalid bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, in the presence of the Assistant Foreign Minister, Abdullah bin Faisal bin Jabur Al-Doseri. The minister highlighted the vital role of the Board of Directors of the centre in reinforcing the culture of peaceful coexistence and religious tolerance, hailing its efforts in promoting the Kingdom’s experience in this field at the regional and international levels. He also wished Dr. Shaikh Khalid abundant success. Dr. Shaikh Khalid congratulated the Minister of Foreign Affairs on his appointment to his post, lauding the continued support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the initiatives and programmes of the centre to help strengthen the Kingdom’s status at all levels.
