Foreign Minister receives letter from Sudanese counterpart

Manama, Oct. 7 (BNA): Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, received a written letter from Acting Foreign Minister of the brotherly Republic of the Sudan, Omar Qamar Al-Din Ismail, in which he hailed the royal directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to provide humanitarian aid to the Republic of the Sudan following the floods that swept several districts in Sudan. The Sudanese Foreign Minister also lauded the directives of Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and the urgent relief efforts undertaken by the Royal Humanitarian Foundation to mitigate the resulting damage to the brotherly Sudanese people. He wished the Kingdom of Bahrain continued progress and prosperity and further growth and development to bilateral relations.
