Foreign Minister receives outgoing German Ambassador

Manama, June 20 (BNA): Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, received here today the Ambassador of the friendly Federal Republic of Germany to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Kai Boeckmann, on the occasion of the end of his tenure in the Kingdom. Dean of the Diplomatic Corps, Ambassador of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in the Kingdom of Bahrain, Rami Saleh Al-Adwan, was present. The Minister of Foreign Affairs praised the distinguished diplomatic efforts made by the German Ambassador to support and strengthen bilateral cooperation to achieve the common interests of both countries. He also wished him success in his future tasks. For his part, Ambassador Boeckmann expressed appreciation to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and all officials in the Kingdom of Bahrain for the continuous support he had received during his tenure, wishing the Kingdom further progress and prosperity.
