Foreign Minister receives Thai Foreign Ministry Deputy Permanent Secretary

Manama, Aug. 2 (BNA): Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani received in his office at the Ministry today, the Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kingdom of Thailand, Dusit Manapan, on the occasion of his visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain to take part in the follow-up meeting of the Bahraini-Thai Joint Committee. The meeting affirmed the deep-rooted friendly relations between Bahrain and Thailand, which are constantly developing thanks to the mutual keenness of both countries to enhance bilateral cooperation in various fields. The two sides also reviewed joint action at all levels. The meeting was attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs, H.E. Ambassador Dr. Shaikha Abdulla bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Kingdom of Thailand, H.E. Muna Abbas Radhi, and the Chief of Afro-Asian Affairs, H.E. Ambassador Fatima Abdulla Al Dhaen.
