Foreign Minister receives US embassy Charge D'Affaires

Manama, July 12 (BNA): Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani received today the US embassy Charge D’Affaires to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Ethan Goldrich. The meeting reviewed friendly historic relations and joint cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United States. It also emphasised the importance of enhancing the strategic relations in various fields. Both sides also discussed various issues of mutual interest. The meeting was attended by Foreign Ministry Undersecretary for Political Affairs, Ambassador Dr. Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Chief of American Affairs, Ambassador Shaikh Abdulla bin Ali Al Khalifa and the US Embassy’s political official, Tina Suleiman.
