Foreign Ministry’s Undersecretary receives Japanese Ambassador to Bahrain

Manama, Mar. 9 (BNA): The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa Al Khalifa received in her office today, the Ambassador of Japan to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Hideki Ito. During the meeting, the Undersecretary welcomed the Japanese Ambassador and commended the close friendship and cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Japan and its development and progress in various fields, affirming Bahrain’s keenness to advance these bilateral relations in a way that would benefit both countries and peoples, wishing the Ambassador success. The Japanese Ambassador expressed his pride in the advanced level of the friendship and cooperation between the two countries, wishing Bahrain continued progress and prosperity. The meeting also discussed a number of issues of common concern.
