Foreign Ministry holds farewell ceremony to Brunei Chargé d'affaires

Manama, Jan. 28 (BNA): The Ministry of Foreign Affairs held at its General Court today a farewell ceremony in the honour of the outgoing Chargé d'affaires at the Brunei Darussalam Embassy in the Kingdom of Bahrain, Mrs. Nor Huda Ahmad. The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa, commended the efforts exerted by the Chargé d'affaires at the Brunei Darussalam Embassy during her tenure to enhance relations between the two countries and bolster them for the common interests of the two countries. Nor Huda Ahmad thanked the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the officials at the Kingdom of Bahrain for the support she had received during her term, wishing the Kingdom of Bahrain further progress and prosperity. At the end of the ceremony, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs presented a commemorative gift to the Chargé d'affaires at the Embassy of Brunei Darussalam in the Kingdom of Bahrain, wishing her continued success.
