Foreign Ministry holds farewell ceremony for outgoing Indian Ambassador

Manama, Jan. 26 (BNA): The Ministry of Foreign Affairs held at its General Court today a farewell ceremony for the outgoing Ambassador of the Republic of India to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Mr. Shri Alok Kumar Sinha, marking the end of his term in the Kingdom. During the ceremony, the Assistant Foreign Minister, Abdulla bin Faisal bin Jabur Al Doseri, affirmed the deep-rooted relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the friendly Republic of India. He also hailed the efforts of Ambassador Sinha during his term at the Kingdom. Ambassador Sinha expressed his appreciation and gratitude for the Assistant Foreign Minister and senior officials at the Kingdom of Bahrain for their support, wishing the Kingdom of Bahrain further progress and prosperity. The Assistant Foreign Minister presented the outgoing Ambassador with a commemorative gift and wished him success. The ceremony was attended by a number of Ambassador of brotherly and sisterly countries accredited to the Kingdom and a number of senior officials at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
