Foreign Ministry Undersecretary meets Pakistani Ambassador

Manama, Nov.25(BNA): Foreign Ministry Undersecretary for International Affairs Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa met Pakistani Ambassador Afzaal Mahmood. The meeting was also attended by the Director of Afro-Asian Affairs Directorate, Ambassador Muna Abbas Radhi, and the Director of Organizations Directorate, Ambassador Fatema Abdulla Aldhaen. Dr. Shaikh Abdullah praised solid friendly relations between Bahrain and Pakistan, hailing the course of bilateral ties between the two countries and its strength, in light of the mutual interest to further develop these relations. For his part, Ambassador Afzaal Mahmood stressed his country’s keenness to promote bilateral cooperation with Bahrain in a way that meets their common interests, wishing the Kingdom further development. Issues of common concern were also discussed during the meeting.
