Foreign Ministry Undersecretary offers condolences on demise of PLO Executive Committee Secretary General

Manama, Nov. 16 (BNA): Foreign Ministry Undersecretary for Regional and GCC Affairs, Ambassador Waheed Mubarak Sayyar visited today the embassy of the State of Palestine in the Kingdom of Bahrain to offer condolences on the demise of the Secretary-General of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), Dr. Saeb Erekat. He expressed to Palestinian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Taha Mohammed Abdulqader his deepest condolences to the family of the late Saeb Erekat and the leadership, government and people of Palestine. He recalled the great contributions and tireless efforts exerted by the late Secretary-General of PLO Executive Committee in serving the Palestinian issue and defending the rights of the Palestinian people.
