Foreign Ministry Undersecretary receives Sri Lankan ambassador

Manama, Mar. 11 (BNA): The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa, received the Ambassador of the Socialist Democratic Republic of Sri Lanka to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Pradeepa Saram. The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs hailed distinguished friendly relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Socialist Democratic Republic of Sri Lanka, reviewing means to further enhance them in all fields. For her part, Ambassador Saram stressed her country’s keenness to further develop bilateral ties in all areas, hailing the efforts of the Kingdom in curtailing the spread of COVID-19. She also wished Bahrain further progress and prosperity.
