Foreign Ministry Undersecretary US Embassy Chargé d'affaires

Manama, June 17 (BNA): Foreign Ministry Undersecretary for Political Affairs, Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, today met virtually with the US Chargé d'affaires to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Margaret Nardi. During the meeting, Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa praised the historical and solid relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United States of America, as two friendly allies, whose relations have been based for decades on mutual respect and coordination. He expressed the keen desire of the Kingdom of Bahrain to develop comprehensive cooperation with the United States at all levels and strengthen the strategic partnership between the two countries. The meeting witnessed a discussion of a number of areas of bilateral cooperation, in addition to exchange of views and coordination on issues of common interest.
