Foreign Ministry Underserectary meets Italian official

Roma, Nov.10(BNA): Foreign Ministry Undersecretary Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa Al Khalifa met with the Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Italy, Elisabetta Belloni, in Roma, Republic of Italy. The meeting took place during the Undersecretary’s official visit to the Republic of Italy. The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reviewed the deep-rooted friendly relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of Italy, which are developing and flourishing. She also noted their distinguished relations of bilateral cooperation and joint coordination on various issues and at all levels, stressing the keenness of the Kingdom of Bahrain to further bolster this cooperation for the common interest of the two countries and peoples. The Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Italy, Elisabetta Belloni, expressed her pleasure to have met with the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, stressing the keenness of the Republic of Italy to develop and enhance its bilateral relations with the Kingdom of Bahrain at all levels. She also hailed the strong relations of friendship between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of Italy, wishing the Kingdom of Bahrain further progress and prosperity.
