French parliamentary delegation to visit Representatives Council

Manama, Mar. 19 (BNA): The Representatives Council held today a coordination meeting under the chairmanship of MP Abdulrahman Bumjid to discuss the visit of the Bahraini-French Friendship Society delegation from the French National Assembly, led by Secretary General of the Friendship Group and Mayor of Altkirch MP Jean Luc. A series of meetings will be held during the visit, from March 20 to 24, as well as field visits to a number of public institutions and major companies in Bahrain to discuss boosting trade exchange and investment. The visit is within the framework of promoting parliamentary diplomacy, under the directives of Representatives Council Speaker Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al Mulla, to project the achievements brought about by the royal reform project and review the legislative experience in Bahrain.
