Gulf Traffic Week boosts GCC cooperation

Manama, Mar. 13 (BNA): General Director of Traffic Colonel Shaikh Abdulrahman bin Abdulwahab Al Khalifa said that the 33rd Gulf Traffic Week promotes regional cooperation for the best traffic safety for the public. He stressed the importance of achieving high traffic safety levels through the cooperation of road users. As part of the The Gulf Traffic Week, traffic delegations visited the traffic departments and Bahrain National Museum that hosts an exhibition dedicated to traffic history. The delegations also visited Bumaher Fort in Muharraq. The students of Abdulrahman Kanoo International School honoured traffic men in appreciation of their role in ensuring traffic safety. The school, in cooperation with the traffic department, holds a weeklong awareness campaign.
