February 27 (QNA) - HE Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor Al Thani met at his residence at the Guest Palace here HE Norwegian Minister of Environment and Minister of International Development Erik Solheim.
