Head of Iranian Atomic Energy Organisation to visit Moscow before August

TEHRAN, June 24 (Itar-Tass) - Head of the Atomic Energy Organisation of Iran (AEOI) Ali Akbar Salehi plans to visit Moscow before the end of July, an organisation representative, Behrouz Kamalvandi, said in an interview with IRNA news agency. During Monday’s talks, Ali Akbar Salehi and Deputy Director General of the Russian Atomic Energy State Corporation (Rosatom), Nikolai Spassky, discussed technical and commercial aspects of the future agreement on the construction of new power units for the Bushehr NPP, the AEOI said, adding, “The two parties decided to improve the text of the agreement within the next few weeks.” Ali Akbar Salehi plans his Moscow visit for signing contracts and protocols for the end of July 2014, he added.
