Health Minister hails HM King’s keynote address

Manama, Sept.21 (BNA): Health Minister Faeqa bint Said Al-Saleh hailed the keynote of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa as he chaired the weekly Cabinet meeting, attended by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister. She praised HM the Kinh\s tribute to the people of Bahrain, especially the medical staff and health professionals who are standing in the front and combating the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). She commended the royal directives and farsighted vision which, she said, ensured Bahrain’s efficient management of the pandemic and health protocols. She commended the role of the Government, chaired by His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa in issuing precautionary measures and setting guidelines to protect citizens. She valued the strenuous efforts exerted by the health sector to deal with the crisis resulting from the outbreak of the pandemic, describing the drive as a national duty. The minister hailed the dedication of medical teams working at hospitals and health centres for long hours to protect the safety of citizens and residents. She described the royal praise for Team Bahrain’s efforts as a catalyst to work strenuously in order to achieve health security and heed national interests in Bahrain.
