Health Minister receives university delegation

Manama, Jan. 16 (BNA): Health Minister Faeqa bint Said Al Saleh received today President of the Royal University for Women Dr. Mazin Jumaa who was accompanied by a delegation from the US West Virginia University. The minister lauded the educational and academic programmes of the Royal University for Women to meet the labour market's demands and upgrade the educational and professional output through academic partnership and cooperation with well-reputed international universities. Dr. Mazin and the US delegation thanked the Health Minister for her keenness to boost cooperation in the medical field, lauding Bahrain's pioneering status in providing specialised educational and training programmes. The meeting was attended by Health Ministry Assistant Undersecretary for Training and Planning Dr. Mohammed Amin Al-Awadhi.
