Health Ministry Undersecretary meets with Yemeni Health Minister

Manama, June 9 (BNSA): Health Ministry Undersecretary, Dr. Walid bin Khalifa Al Mena, met today with Yemeni Minister of Health and Population, Dr. Qassim Mohammed Behaibah, who is on an official visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain. The Health Ministry Undersecretary welcomed the kingdom’s guest and his accompanying delegation, lauding deep historical relations between the two brotherly countries and peoples. He also praised continuous cooperation between both sides, asserting the importance of further enhancing them to achieve common interests and aspirations. For his part, the Yemeni Health Minister praised the gracious welcome and the solidity of the health system in the Kingdom of Bahrain as well as the high competence of the national medical staff, pointing out their distinguished performance mainly during the COVID-19 pandemic.
