Doha, November 08 (QNA) - HH the Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Thani sent Sunday a cable of condolences to HE President of the Republic of Philippines Rodrigo Duterte on the victims of Typhoon Goni which stroke the south of Luzon Island, wishing a speedy recovery for the injured. (QNA)
