HH the Emir Issues Two Decrees

Doha, February 28 (QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Hamd bin Khalifa Al Thani on Tuesday issued the decree No./16/ of 2012 ratifying the accord concluded between the governments of Qatar and France on training Qatari specilized physicians in France and which was signed in Doha on 27/04/2010 and to have the power of law as per the article No./68/ of the constitution. HH the Emir also issued the decree No./17/ of 2012 endorsing the agreement on economic, trade and technical cooperation held between the governments of Qatar and Uruguay and which was signed in Montevideo on 17/08/2010 and to have the power of law as per the article No./68/ of the constitution. The two decrees are to go into operation as from the date of issue and to be published in the official gazette. (QNA)
