HH Nasser bin Hamad attends camel festival

Riyadh, Mar.23 (BNA): The 3rd edition of the King Abdulaziz Camel Festival has concluded today in Saudi Arabia. The closing ceremony was held at Southern Sayahad under the patronage of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud. Deputised by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa, HM the King’s Representative for Charity Works and Youth Affairs and Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS) Chairman His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa attended the final ceremony. Royalties and other senior officials representing Arabian Gulf countries were also present at the site of festival, which covered four thousand square metres divided into different sections. In a statement on this occasion, HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa stressed the keenness of HM the King on Bahrain’s presence at such festivals which consolidate values, principles and authentic heritage. He affirmed royal keenness on supporting sports and conserving long-standing heritage dating back to olden times.
