HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa meets WEF’s Founder and Executive Chairman

Amman, Apr. 7 (BNA): His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Isa bin Salman Educational Charitable Trust, today met the Founder and Executive Chairman of the World Economic Forum (WEF), Dr. Klaus Schwab, on the sidelines of the WEF Middle East and North Africa, held in Jordan. During the meeting, His Highness stressed the importance of supporting the business sector by continuing to stimulate an economic environment conducive to growth, and generating investment opportunities that benefit the national economy. His Highness highlighted the Kingdom’s advanced efforts, both regionally and internationally, in the fields of entrepreneurship and the promotion of a culture of innovation and creativity - in line with Bahrain Economic Vision 2030. His Highness also went on to note the importance of international economic cooperation and expertise-sharing in various fields, and the enhancement of the private sector’s role in achieving sustainable development.
