HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad hails 18th NAC Anniversary

Manama, Feb. 13(BNA): HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports and President of Bahrain Athletics Association congratulated His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, the Prime Minister, and HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, and the people of Bahrain on the occasion of the 18th anniversary of the National Action Charter (NAC). He asserted that NAC has reflected the Royal Vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, as it came as part of His Majesty’s reform project, which is considered as a milestone in the history of the Kingdom of Bahrain. He underlined that the Charter portrays the strong bonds between the leadership and the people of Bahrain, noting that it was clearly reflected by the high percentage of votes of the people of Bahrain (98.4 percent) in favor for the adoption of the charter, beginning a new era of reforms and development to achieve more national accomplishments for the homeland under the rule of HM the King. "Today, we commemorate those precious national moments when His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa implemented his wise vision through the NAC, which is an essential part of the reform project that was launched by His Majesty, with the aim of attaining more development achievements that are visible today, proving the gains that contribute to the renaissance experienced by the Kingdom in light of the glorious era of His Majesty.", he said. He said that the march of development will continue to achieve more remarkable accomplishments that would clearly reflect the progress and prosperity the Kingdom has attained in all fields, also having a positive impact on strengthening the Kingdom’s intercontinental and international position.
