HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad praises His Majesty King’s speech, directive

Manama, Oct. 12 (BNA): His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS) and President of Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) praised HM's keynote speech during the inauguration of the third session of the fifth legislative term. HH Shaikh Khalid praised the royal directive to establish a "Hope Fund" to support youth projects and initiatives, which reflects HM the King’s interest and concern for the youth as they are the main pillar to the comprehensive sustainability of the country. “The royal directive to establish the Hope Fund confirms the insightful vision of HM the King to continue the support for Bahraini youth in order to develop their capabilities, improve their skills, raise their efficiency, empower them and give them confidence to participate actively in the development of the national economy,” HH said. HH Shaikh Khalid hailed the royal trust to His Majesty the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Works and Youth Affairs His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa to follow up the establishment of the fund and supervise its work, affirming that the efforts made by HH Shaikh Nasser to support young people in the Kingdom was the best implementation of the continuous directives of HM the King.
