HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman receives the British Defence Attaché to Bahrain

Manama, Oct. 12 (BNA): His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa today received the British Defence Attaché to Bahrain, Lt. Colonel Alastair Kern, at Riffa Palace. His Highness Shaikh Mohammed highlighted the strength of bilateral relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, particularly within the military and defence sectors. His Highness Shaikh Mohammed stressed the importance of strengthening relations and bilateral cooperation to achieve the countries' shared aspirations. The latest regional and international issues of common interest and ways to further Bahrain-UK military ties were discussed. The meeting was also attended by Major Mark O'Sullivan, Commando at the British Royal Marines.
