HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad meets US Energy Consultant

Washington, Oct. 7(BNA): National Security Advisor, Royal Guard Commander, Major General His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, stressed Bahrain’s keenness on cooperation with the USA in all fields, including the sector of energy. He noted the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the vision of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to consolidate cooperation with other countries to develop the sector of energy in Bahrain. HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad made the statement as he held a meeting with Energy Consultant Amos J Hochstein on the sidelines of his current visit to the USA. HH Shaikh Nasser pointed out the importance of benefiting from the US expertise in the field of energy and promoting investment in energy, oil and gas. HH Shaikh Nasser and Energy Consultant Amos J Hochstein discussed ways of strengthening bilateral relations in investing in the energy, oil and gas sectors and exchanging successful practices. The meeting was attended by Bahraini Ambassador to the USA, Shaikh Abdullah bin Rashid Al Khalifa, Assistant National Security Advisor, Shaikh Khalid bin Ali Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Strategic Security Bureau (SSB), Shaikh Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al Khalifa, and Foreign Ministry Undersecretary for Political Affairs, Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa.
