HH Shaikh Nasser holds virtual meeting with outstanding students

Manama, June 24 (BNA): Representative of HM the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, today met a number of outstanding students from government and private schools, via video conferencing. HH Shaikh Nasser conveyed congratulations from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to the top-achieving students. HM King Hamad has given us lessons to continue pursuing education, acquiring knowledge and engaging in life-long learning, HH Shaikh Nasser said. HH Shaikh Nasser told the students that this stage is essential in their educational career, but it is only a beginning as the next stage will be more important. HH Shaikh Nasser congratulated the students for their success and distinguished results despite the exceptional circumstances and challenges created by the novel Coronavirus, urging them to continue assuming their patriotic responsibilities by achieving more distinction and success in their education and professional life. HH Shaikh Nasser expressed deep pride in the distinguished academic achievements of Bahraini male and female students. “We rely on you to enhance the kingdom’s development process across various fields,” he told the participating students. “We assure you that the future of Bahrain rests on you, and you will be responsible for enhancing its progress. The kingdom needs your potentials and ideas, and you have to acquire knowledge and academic achievements in order to take part in building modern Bahrain,” he said while addressing outstanding students. The students expressed sincere thanks and appreciation to HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad for meeting them, noting that his encouraging words will be a catalyst for them to continue pursuing their education in order to acquire knowledge and continue building the homeland.
