HH Shaikh Nasser launches series of training lectures on management, creativity

Manama, Dec. 8 (BNA): HM the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, today launched a series of training lectures in modern management and creativity culture. Delivered by the Secretary-General of the Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF), Dr. Mustafa Al-Sayed, the lectures aim to promote the culture of creativity. On the occasion, HH Shaikh Nasser lauded the scientific and administrative method in which the RHF is managed, through a group of scientific theories, namely the CREAMOC (Creativity, Motivation and Organisational Culture) and MOSIF (Mission, Objective, Strategy, Implementation and Feedback), to achieve His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s visions and aspirations in managing this humanitarian entity with professionalism and ability. HH Shaikh Nasser lauded the interest of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, in the RHF, which contributed to enhancing the Foundation’s work. The first training lecture, presented weekly by Dr. Al-Sayed via the TEAMS Application, was conducted by Dr. Akbar Jaffari. Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company (GPIC) President, Dr. Abdulrahman Jawahery, Kuwait Finance House-Bahrain (KFH-Bahrain) Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Abdul Hakeem Al Khayyat, RHF’s employees and staff, in addition to the staff of the Nasser Vocational Training Centre, the Ministry of Information Affairs, the Seef Properties Company, the Egyptian House Of Zakat And Alms, GPIC, the Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation, and senior officials in ministries and companies participated in the lecture. Dr. Mustafa Al-Sayed extended sincere thanks and appreciation to HM King Hamad for his interest in and care for humanitarian work, praising the support of the government, led by HRH Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and the role played by HH Shaikh Nasser who, he said, is the great supporter of creativity and science in the field of humanitarian work. Dr. Mustafa Al-Sayed discussed methods of preparing mind maps, highlighting their importance, benefits, how they work and uses. He also trained the participants on ways to prepare and design mind maps. The RHF Secretary-General indicated that many methods can be used in designing mind maps, as they ultimately enable people to collect points and ideas to reach creative solutions or make appropriate decisions. He said that mind maps help people to think and arrange their ideas, and reviewed several models of mind maps, including those of the “Feena Khair” and the Hajj season. Dr. Al-Sayed highlighted the way he has benefited from these mind maps in the professional and social levels, shedding light on some stories and situations during his career that had a role in turning many projects and ideas into reality and success.
