HM the King’s National Day speech praised by Foreign Minister

Manama, Dec. 16 (BNA): Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, praised the keynote speech delivered by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, on the occasion of the kingdom’s National Days, in commemoration of the establishment of the modern Bahraini State as an Arab and Muslim state, founded by Ahmed Al Fateh in 1783, and the anniversary of His Majesty the King’s Accession to the Throne, highlighting its significant purpose towards elevating the Kingdom at all means. The Minister also commended the dedication of this year’s national day celebration to the frontliners, where they were awarded the “Prince Salman bin Hamad Medal for Medical Merit” in recognition of their distinguished services and great contributions to facing the emerging pandemic. The Minister said that HM the King had commended the sincere efforts made by Team Bahrain, led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to deal with COVID-19, noting the success the team has achieved under the leadership of HRH and the relentless efforts exerted by the frontliners. The Minister commended HM the King's appreciation for the support, cooperation and dedication of the people of the country for the Kingdom of Bahrain in such exceptional times that swept the world, which demonstrated the loyalty of the people of Bahrain, their great determination and their outstanding ability to face various challenges and difficulties.
