HM King of Bahrain congratulates Antigua and Barbuda Governor-General

Manama, Oct. 31 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa sent a cable of congratulations to Antigua and Barbuda Governor-General Sir Rodney Williams on his country's Independence anniversary.
