HM King of Bahrain thanked by Speaker

Manama, Dec. 13 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a cable of thanks from Speaker Fouzia Abdullah Zainal for inaugurating the first session of the fifth legislative term, wishing His Majesty lasting good health and happiness. The Council of Representatives' Speaker hailed His Majesty’s address charting the road of progress to achieve the nation’s glory, growth and the welfare of the citizens. Zainal hailed His Majesty’s perpetual patronage of parliamentary life emanating from his deep belief in the principles and foundations of democracy, that strengthens our resolve to carry out our duty vis-à-vis the people.
